Hunting Leases

We manage over 80,000 acres of private ranches in the Cross-Timbers and Rolling Plains of Texas. These ranches are leased by the acre for exclusive hunting rights for trophy deer, turkey and quail on a seasonal and year round basis. Each lease is part of a larger cooperative management area. We conduct spot light censuses and aerial helicopter surveys each year to determine harvest recommendations for each year.  Our goal is to sustain a well-balanced deer herd with optimum number of mature bucks available to harvest each season.

We also work closely with our landowners providing technical assistance on habitat and pasture management practices that will enhance the wildlife potential of each ranch under our program. We provide technical assistance to our hunting clientele, as well as providing information on feeding programs, food plot recommendations and deer management practices and education.

Although we experience very little hunter turn over each year, we continually looking to add quality ranches to our program.  Below is a listing of leases we currently have available. Census data is included in the lease descriptions.
